Ms. Rubenzer has been a family nurse practitioner since 2000. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she was a registered nurse for 11 years at the critical care unit in Sacred Heart Hospital and three years at an outpatient cardiology clinic while pursuing her master's degree. She also has a background in occupational medicine, which has been very useful in my work with companies in on-site clinics. She and her husband enjoy caring for their hobby farm near Elk Mound. They have mini donkeys, pot-bellied pigs, miniature goats, chickens, and rescue dogs. She also has three grown, two-legged children!
