We’re proud to highlight Dr. Wells Mangrum, MD, our Board-Certified Radiologist.
A Harvard University graduate, Dr. Mangrum earned his medical degree from the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and completed his Residency and Fellowship at Duke University School of Medicine.
Dr. Mangrum is passionate about advancing women’s health and expanding access to state-of-the-art imaging in our community. He authored a comprehensive book on MRI physics, which guides the development of optimized breast MRI protocols and supports the highest standards of image quality at OakLeaf Clinics Imaging.
Under his leadership, OakLeaf Clinics Imaging has implemented Volpara Health’s suite of AI-powered tools — including Volpara Analytics, Lunit AI Second Read CAD, and Risk Pathways — to enhance image quality, improve cancer detection, and personalize each patient’s care.
